JERRY WOOD'S CYCLEMARKET & AUCTION

HOW IT WORKS

Sellers:

1. Register your bike $25. At registration you may elect to have a reserve. You may also have a "Buy It Now" price. If the Buy It Now price is met, the bike is sold. Please bring your titles to registration.

2. We will take written offers on a card for your motorcycle from registered buyers until 3PM on Saturday, any time those offers meet the reserve, the bike will be stamped "No Reserve" and the process will continue.

3. At 3PM we will start the auction with no reserve bikes and items. We will then take more offers on each bike through the auction process starting with the highest offer on the card. If the bike meets the reserve or the seller accepts the highest offer, the bike is sold. A 5% commission will be charged to the seller.

4. It is in your interest to attend the auction and be at your motorcycle to accept or decline the best offer in the case that you have a reserve that has not been met. You can remove your reserve at any time.

Buyers:

1. Register to buy, no fee, just a $500 deposit by credit card. Your deposit will be refunded if you do not buy and credited if you do. All bills must be paid before 12 Noon on Sunday.  There will be a 10% buyer's premium

2. You can inspect the bikes and buy them if they have a "Buy It Now" price posted. We will be there to show the bikes and answer questions.

3. You may leave written offers on the offer tags. At 3PM on Saturday we will be accepting final offers with the auction process. It is in your interest to be there in case your offer needs to be raised to win the bike.

4. We will be selling each bike behind the machine. There will not be chairs and a stage and a lot of blabbing. We will go at a good pace, just like an estate auction.
